Michel Chossudovsky: The Cause of Civil Wars in Africa
WHY CIVIL WAR?
This blog asks why? Why and how do things happen? What is the reason or the source? What's the motivation? Who's he beneficiary? What is the logic? I am always attempting to find out information that can help me solve these riddles which bug me. There must be an explanation to these questions!
Here is some material dug up by Michel Chossudovsky to explain the cause/source of the Rwanda, Congo/Zaire, and Uganda civil wars and civil upheaval. Where would be without the internet?
It explains that the School of the Americas trained the warlord and their henchmen to bloody the region so as to increase the US's control and secure raw materials at a low price, of course, at the cost of the African population. So that's what the CIA and special forces are for!
Remember, people don't just wake one day and decide to kill each other! There must be a catalyst! A situtation must be created, so desperate, that some person must kill another person in self defense. Others must be rajavascript:void(0)llied into a frenzy in support of "their warlord". That warlord has plans whose sole purpose is relegated to him being sole beneficiary of any results.

Shadow Secrets (2008): Revisiting 9/11
I believe I got this documentary recommendation off ronpaulforums.com's Must Watch Documentaries thread...
We revisit the September 11 and the people involved with 9/11.
Why is Ali Muhammad, a CIA double agent with Al Qaeda, involved with trainign Al Qaeda and involved in surveillance gathering for the African embassy bombings, allowed to continue to be CIA and then have his name kept under covers from the news media?
What? Muhammad Atta is CIA? His 9/11 buddies and him are able to get visas and roam freely even though their records indicated a security threat while being on the watch list?
Why did Bin Laden and his buddies get a free pass? The Taliban and Al Qaeda was air lifted by pakistan from the mountains in Afghanistan and transported to Pakistan safely, all under US radar.
It turns out the Pakistani ISI Director, General Mahmood Ahmed, authorized the transfer of $100,000 to Muhammad Atta. That Pakistani General was in the US during the week of 9/11. He's buddies with the Bush Administration and Muhammad Atta. What does that mean?
Guess who was funding the Taliban? The US and Saudi Arabia. The Saudi Arabian official responsible for funding al Qaeda was also in town the US during 9/11 along with the Bin Laden family was sending money to Bin Laden. They all got a free pass to go home. Leads investigating funding point to Saudi Arabia were squashed from the top.
Why? Because the circle encloses both Al Qaeda and the CIA.
Follow the money: CIA => Pakistan ISI => Taliban / Mujahadeen / Al Qaeda => 9/11

This is probably Boiling Frogs's best interview so far. Sibel Edmonds interviews Joseph Trento and he spills the beans in the Lockerbie plane bombing and US involvement in the Middle East (more specifically Iran, Afghanistan, and Pakistan) and also, more in the present, Central Asia. Two Suspects Waterboarded 266 Times

Oh the humanity! What sadistic insane persons in charge would torture a POW 100+ times?
C.I.A. interrogators used waterboarding ... 266 times on two key prisoners from Al Qaeda, far more than had been previously reported.
The C.I.A. officers used waterboarding at least 83 times in August 2002 against Abu Zubaydah, according to a 2005 Justice Department legal memorandum. Abu Zubaydah has been described as a Qaeda operative.
The 2005 memo also says that the C.I.A. used waterboarding 183 times in March 2003 against Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the self-described planner of the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks.
On Monday, in response to these new details about the C.I.A. interrogation program, opposition appeared to President Obama’s assurances to the C.I.A. that there would be no criminal investigation.
