Too funny, but it happened! Mattel has apologized to China for blaming the company's toy recall on Chinese manufacturers, saying the recall was the result of poor American design, of which, the key ingredient was lead.
That's right! Whoever made those CAD drawings made sure the toys had lead as part of the design! Hahahaha! (Bangs hand on table).
